Media Files=== Incasting === Incasting is about delving deep into scenarios, expanding on glimpses of the future, creating more complete worlds and stories filled with rich detail. By adding detail inconsistencies, assumptions and (cognitive) biases can surface. While it's often (relatively) easily to agree on the general outline of a scenario, elaborating the specifics and complexities can raise surprising and revealing discussions.
